Wide Top Lift-A-Deck II Beam with Reinforced 1-Inch Sides
Ancra’s Lift-A-Deck II decking system remains our most popular decking solution for interior van applications, and the wide top Lift-A-Deck II Beam with reinforced 1-in. sides adds improved durability for supporting loads and shoring cargo. Made with high-quality materials to work slide seamlessly in the Lift-A-Deck II track without lubrication and support heavy-duty cargo, the wide top LAD beam is patented for reliability and performance.
The 4-1/2-in. wide top design on the wide top LAD beam increases contact area and disperses the load across the surface for improved strength, and the reinforced 1-in. sides provide superior durability for shoring. The wide top LAD beam with reinforced 1-in. sides has a decking working load limit of 4,000 lbs. and a shoring working load limit of 2,500 lbs. The adjustment range for the beam is 95.1-in.—105.6-in.
Note: Cargo beams and Lift-A-Deck beams are rated at Working Load Limits (WLL) that are 1/3 of the breaking strength or failure load capacity of the beams. In order to account for dynamics and vibrations that are experienced during transit and avoid overloading the beams beyond the WLL rating, the actual weight of cargo supported by the beams should be reduced below the rated WLL value of the beam. The allowable weight of cargo supported by the beams should be factored down based on anticipated dynamic G-forces expected during transit. Consult trailer or truck body manufacturer for their recommended load capacity of secondary deck.
