Ancra’s double line 4-ton cable puller is ideal for wire fence installation and repair but is tough enough to take on other utility tasks. Made with a 1/4-in. aircraft grade galvanized steel cable with a sturdy pulley block, the 4-ton cable puller can handle up to 8,000 lbs with a 5-ft. take-up and a 15-in. handle length. The cable puller also features dual stamped metal ratchet wheels for smooth operation.
