The fixed end strap is designed to be used with ratchet strap models 48987-20 and 48987-21.

A strong steel flat hook is included as end hardware with the 3-in. x 18-in. fixed end strap and can be easily secured to flatbed side rails or stake pockets to tie down heavy-duty cargo.
